SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Bright Nova! We want to make sure you know what to expect when it comes to getting your order delivered.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We currently ship to the United States via standard shipping.

  • United States: 8–15 business days (after processing)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors outside of our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package. Please allow 2-5 business days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Bright Nova ships only within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

DELAYS & ISSUES

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the ship date, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Bright Nova is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
